[RDG] Payroll Officer | HR Corporate Team


Job Description:

Payroll

  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  • Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
  • Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed


Others

  • Assisting HRM Manager with documentations regarding welfare, compensation, and benefits
  • Working with HRM team to create a consistent standard and system for C&B
  • Supporting the HR team as per request

Qualifications

  • Thai nationality, Age 25 – 30 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
  • Experience 1-2 years in payroll system
  • Good command communication both Thai and English
  • Good command in Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office Excel, Power point, Word
  • Have Accuracy skill and Punctuality skill
  • Good personal relationship
  • Able to work overtime
  • Multi-functional skills oriented
