HR executive (HRM / HRD)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

  • Selecting the appropriate advertising methods
  • Informing team about the hiring techniques
  • Taking part in career exhibitions

HR requirements are:

  • Experience as a HR Generalist
  • Providing compensation plans
  • Aiding in the recruitment processes
  • Implementing programs to create an efficient workplace
  • Monitoring compensation performance
  • Being able to utilize HR metrics
  • Effective communication skills
  • BA/BSc in Human Resource Management or a related field


Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative and secretarial support to Managing Director and Executive Director.
  • To plan, schedule meetings and appointments.
  • To coordinate with other departments both internally and externally.
  • To organize general secretarial work.
  • Other duties when assigned.

Qualification:

  • Thai nationality, female, age 22 - 30 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in General Management, Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields. 2. At least 2 years experience as Secretary.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Strong communication skill and able to work well with others
