Job Description

Individual’s Career Path and Development

  • Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
  • Conducting performance review and job evaluation surveys
  • Producing and presenting report on each employee’s performance, skill gaps, career aspiration and development plan to the management team
  • Initiating and documenting career path paths for every position in the company
  • Monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes
  • Evaluating the success of each program and present it to the management team

Company’s Development

  • Identifying the need of the company in core values implementation and development areas
  • Assisting the manager to map out an annual HRD plan and strategy
  • Initiating the project(s) to address the issue(s) each area by inviting expert(s) or running company’s workshop(s)
  • Delivering or facilitating learning programs and activities

Employees’ Engagement

  • Working closely with the HRM team to analyze the company engagement level on the regular and quarterly basis
  • Providing support to the overall HR team to increase the employees’ engagement
  • Building and maintaining supportive communications and relations internally and externally

Basic Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality Only. 27–35 years old
  • Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related fields
  • Experience in training and development in at least 4 years (Advertising business experience would be advantage)
  • Knowledge of program planning and design as well as how to evaluate learners, programs and instructors both internal and external
  • Good command in English (written, spoken and reading)
