Job Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement HRD program on overall – cost/benefit programs, career development programs and organizational development activities.

Deliver or facilitate learning programs and activities.

Develop long-range plans included in the broad human resource strategy of organization system.

Identify and implement cost/benefits analysis that measures the impact of HRD on the organization.

Build and maintain supportive internal/external relations.


Thai Nationality Only. 28–40 years old

Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related fields.

Experience in training and development in at least 5 years. (Advertising business experience would be advantage)

Knowledge of program planning and design as well as how to evaluate learners, programs and instructors both internal and external.

Good command in English. (written, spoken and reading)

Good communication, coordination and leadership skills

Good communication and presentation skill.
