Position : IT Support
Responsibilities :
- Procurement and purchase of computer (PC/Laptop) and peripheral equipment.
- Window OS and Mac OS platform maintenance. Update patches, antivirus etc.
- Responsible for onboarding process, including of accounts, email and other user request service.
- Setup, installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software such as Windows setup, application & patch deployment, virus/malware protection and removal.
- Provide technical support for PCs and related systems using. Windows XP, Window OS and Mac OS and Windows 7/8.
- Assists in maintaining and setup printer, LAN/WAN and telephone systems cable.
- Maintain inventory of IT-related assets.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Thai Nationality Only.
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information System/Business IT/Engineer
- At least 1 year experience in IT Support/Technical Support.
- Organization skills and negotiation skills.
- Calm and able to work under pressure.
