Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic and tactical purchasing, product & service requirement planning.
  • Propose purchasing and procurement policies to business and function lead and implement when they are approved.
  • Document purchasing processes, such as workflows, procedure to align with quality system requirement, and Communicate procurement policy and process to all employee.
  • Collaborate with all departments to identify or qualify of their suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of suppliers in terms of quality and pricing. Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers. Maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
  • Working to improve efficiency, reduce waste and drive down costs.
  • Execute purchase instruction to catch cost saving opportunity identified.
  • Procurement improvement project to reduce inefficiency.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields of Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or closely related field.
  • Experienced a minimum 5 years of Procurement or Purchasing function and 3 years for management experience.
  • Must have a working experienced in Advertising Agency, Public Relation and Social Media Management, or closely related field.
  • Knowledge and experience of ERP systems is preferred.
  • Advanced conflict Management and negotiation skills required.
  • Strong goal-setting, team leadership, coaching and development skills required.
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English.
  • Strong in computer skills i.e. MS Office, preparing report.
  • Positive & Creative thinking with good communicate to all levels.
  • Can do attitude with strong team player.
