Job Responsibilities

  • Lead performance marketing team in part of marketing performance, media performance for sales conversion
  • Coach team members for performance marketing, bidding, and planning
  • Consult client on e-commerce & social commerce sales driven plan
  • Monitor & optimize conversion for clients
  • Co-ordinate technically with the marketplace, fulfillment, social commerce vendors

Requirements

  • Experienced in e-commerce & performance marketing for 3-5 years
  • Strategic thinking and business-driven mindset
  • A performance-driven person with management skill
  • Experienced from the ground up in optimization field including SEM, Social Commerce, Brand.com sales and Marketplace
  • Knowledge in customer experience & analytics (Basic to intermediate)
