• Full ownership of project life cycle in graphic uint team : plan, execute and monitor the project whilst considering triple constraints of time, scope/cost and quality
  • Liaise with both internal and external to make sure the projects run in according to the action plan
  • Managing human resources in a project including the reassignment of team members or requesting for additional team members where necessary
  • Ensure that the digital campaign meets client's expectations
  • Design campaign's timeline
  • Control quality of work


  • Min. 1 years account or project management experience in Advertising or Digital Agency
  • Has managed projects that involves resources from various teams within the agency – account management, strategy, social, creative teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proven written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Team motivator, self-starter, logical, well-organized and deadline oriented
  • Able to take pressure and work under tight schedule
  • Be responsible and pro-active with can-do attitude, excellent communications and people skills and strong conflict resolution skills, positive and open-minded
