Job description:

PR Specialist

  • Create Digital PR plans and strategies
  • Implement and execute Digital PR plan & strategies
  • Write PR angle, PR content, press release, factsheet, media invitation and other PR documents
  • Develop brief, contact and manage content production (Paid media)
  • Overseeing content production (Paid media - advertorial, videos, social media)
  • Coordinate with 3rd party - photographer / event organizer / other suppliers related PR activities
  • Organize and manage various PR activities – press briefing, press conference, group / exclusive interview, media trip, media visit, PR stunt etc.
  • Provide effective crisis management solutions in the times of need
  • Research and analyze public / media / KOLs opinion / industry trends
  • Dealing with the media and key influencers
  • Monitor, analyze and report effectiveness of PR campaigns
  • Determine KPIs for PR

Account Management

  • Meet clients for briefings and present PR proposals to clients
  • Prepare contact report / internal brief
  • Brief colleagues, and work with team to plan and implement the best PR solutions for the client
  • Contribute to meetings, and liaising and updating clients on PR activities
  • Liaising with clients about budgets, working timeline and objectives
  • Manage the needs / expectations of the client
  • Coordinate with procurement / finance team / admin team for accounting and payment
  • Manage, allocate and control client’s PR budgets effectively
  • Being involved in pitching for new business and developing PR proposals

Team Leader (Manager / Management Level)

  • Delegate work to subordinate and ensure the right direction is provided
  • Supervise and control team for delivering all of client’s work are according to plan
  • Motivate subordinate to ensure their goals are achieved
  • Lead, advise and coach junior in the team
  • Prepare forecast and review accounting related work such as payment processes are made on a timely basis
  • Update and find new lead to meet team’s target
  • Regularly updated credential
  • Update progress and capabilities to team management
  • Report any team’s issues or concerns
  • Set KPIs & Goals with team

PR Skills

  • High levels of communication - both presentation, verbal and written skills
  • Quick to absorb and analyze large amounts of information – finding PR angle / key message
  • A passion for the media, including social media – type of media / section / content
  • Creativity, strategic thinking and innovation
  • Strong copywriting and marketing mastery
  • Outstanding organization with an ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios
