[MS] PR Manager

Responsibilities:

Public Relations

  • PR & Communications planning as per business objective/brief by clients through the perspective of PR Activation/ Execution/ Media & Influencer Outreach
  • Conduct strategy plan by presenting PR Tactics and choosing the right and suitable media as per customer's needs.
  • Follow news and information of competitors in the industry for better understanding of customer business direction
  • Be a consultant in Corporate Communications to customers
  • Ensure the quality communication work which release effectively and meet customer expectation
  • Ensure all communication of client's work are according to planning
  • Manage overall image of client and company image as well as during crisis
  • Manage and provide suitable consultation to customers during work or during unexpected circumstances
  • Supervise and control PR overall work, communication via earn media and paid media, as well as appropriately using media & influencer
  • Manage and plan budget for media usage both Online/ Offline and Influencer
  • Prepare Press Materials (Press Release, Factsheet/Company Profile, Executive Profile, Media Invitation etc.)


Media Relations

  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with the media and networking with people in the same industry to make your PR work more convenient and create more opportunity
  • Follow and update news and information about the media such as database update, media anniversary etc.
  • Build & Maintain relationship with current and new media and influencer
  • Coordinate and prepare gifts for the media on special occasions
  • Create a Target Media List that helps client understanding overall idea and meet cusomer needs, as well as using PR Tactics to support all communication
  • Invite media and confirm media lists during client's event
  • Manage media expectations, support and fulfill their requested
  • Take care of event or media trip, ensure everything is in order, comfortable, as well as the content is suitable to media's needs


Account Management

  • Supervise subordinate's job and set direction to achieve target
  • Delegate work to subordinate and ensure the right direction is provided
  • Motivate subordinate to ensure their goals are achieved
  • Build a good relationship with clients, both personal wise and professional wise
  • Keep updating work progress to the team player, especially with all major changes
  • Lead the meeting to derive with summarized client requirement
  • Manage each job by setting goal, action plan, sub task and responsible department.
  • Effectively follow up team and client to meet the project due date.
  • Prepare forecast and review accounting related work such as whether customer payments are made on a timely basis
  • Update and find new lead to meet team's target
  • Proceed and prepare documents, contracts and quotations
  • Coordinate with procurement
  • Regularly updated MS Credential
  • Lead, advise and coach junior in the team. Ability to work under pressure and find solutions to problems that might occur daily
  • Handle Crisis Management – Protect/ Handle/ Recovery
  • Prepare Brief/ Contact Report
  • Complete and update timesheet on a regular basis

Team Management

  • Update progress and capabilities to team management
  • Report any team's issues or concerns
  • Set KPIs and Goals with team

Qualifications:

  • Male or female, and Thai nationality.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or Marketing
  • 3-8 years of experience in PR, Media Relations, Corporate Communications
  • A wide degree of creativity in presentation and PR work on digital platform
  • Strong business acumen with ability to solve problem promptly during communication breakdown
  • General understanding of agency protocols, procedures and processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Well-organized
  • Positive and open-minded/Be creative/Love to learn.
  • Well Time Management. Keeping everything on track and on time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with subordinates
  • Active listener & posses excellent written communication skill
  • Able to work in the highly dynamic environment and be responsible
  • Posses strong Leadership skill and ability to advise team member
  • Eager to learn new things and constantly self developed and motivated
  • Manage team & stakeholders expectations and able to advise all work aspects
